Rap superstar JCole, now of the Scarborough Shooting Stars, is undoubtedly the biggest name in the CEBL, but what shouldn’t be lost is the fact that a handful of players have gone on to the G League or 10-day deals in the NBA, and Halifax’s Lindell Wigginton got himself a contract with the Milwaukee Bucks a year ago. That’s the big story and I hope it continues.
